Dr. Rogel A. Carlos – Dentist
Dr. Carlos has been practicing dentistry since 1992. Originally from the Philippines, he moved to Los Angeles, CA at the age of six. He grew up in Southern California and attended UCLA, where he completed undergraduate studies. He then went on to the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco, California, where he earned his dental degree.
In 2001, Dr. Carlos moved to Arizona, and he has been creating beautiful smiles in the Phoenix area ever since. His favorite pastimes include golfing and playing guitar. When not at the office, he can usually be found on one of the many local golf courses.
Dr. Marissa P. Mandap – Dentist
Dr. Mandap has the distinction of being the first Filipina dental graduate in the state of Arizona. She is originally from San Francisco, and first attended UC Berkley where she completed undergraduate studies. From there she went on to A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH), where she was part of the first graduating class of in 2007.
When she isn’t busy helping patients, Dr. Mandap enjoys travel and photography.
Meghan – Hygienist
Meghan is our resident Dental Hygienist. She has a passion for helping others achieve their personal wellness goals and is a creative thinker. Meghan has dual licensure for Dental Hygiene in Arizona and Michigan. When Meghan is not in the office she is working with kids, learning new skill sets in the promotional/marketing field, using her Microblading certification, and creating art.
Chanelle – Treatment Plan Coordinator
Chanelle, a graduate of Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix, will greet you with a wonderful smile. Her hobbies include traveling the world and yoga. As a matter of fact, she studied yoga training in Rishikesh, India and Bali, Indonesia.
Sabrina – Dental Nurse
Sabrina is our friendly and dental nurse, known for greeting every patient with a smile. She attended Seton Catholic Preparatory in Chandler before going on to Arizona State University where she earned her BA degree. Aside from helping dental patients, Sabrina’s passions include yoga. She has trained extensively in Bali as a yoga teacher.
Cheyne – Dental Lab Technician
Cheyne is a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix. He is an artist and strives for perfection. His hobbies include drawing and gaming.
